Pastor Mark Stout is an ordained minister with a background including 37 years of ministry, 20 in the area of cross-cultural ministries, providing him a depth of understanding in the complexities of individuals, families and marriages. His education includes a BA in Bible and Theology, and a MA in Biblical counseling.
